Once again the Chester Chamber of Commerce will conduct its Christmas Lighting Contest as part of the city’s Christmas on the River Festival.  The contest will be take place Thursday evening, December 3, beginning 6:00 p.m.

There will be five awards given:  $100, $80, $60, $40 and $20.   The winners will be announced at the annual Christmas Community Program in Juergen’s Gym, Sunday afternoon, December 7.
