Marion Ingram, 59, of Du Quoin, passed away at 12:19 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, 2020 at her residence.
Marion had been an associate at Walmart. She was born Nov. 9, 1960 at Ansbach, Germany, the daughter of Friedrich and Margarette (Schleier) Schmidt.
She married Danny Eugene Ingram on July 9, 1982 at DeSoto, Missouri and he preceded her in death on March 20, 2011.
She is survived by three children, Steven (Renee) Ingram of Du Quoin, Stefanie Ingram of Beckley, West Virginia and Simon Ingram (fiancÚ Emily Drotar) of Parma, Ohio; three grandchildren, Xander Ingram, Rhiannon Ingram and Maxwell Ingram, all of Du Quoin; one brother, Friedrich Schmidt of Ansbach, Germany; one sister, Anita Rauscher of Ansbach, Germany; and her fur babies, Daisy and Minnie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Per Marion's request, cremation services were held. There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
Friends are invited to make memorials to the Perry County Humane Society, which will be accepted at the funeral home.
