The Randolph County Cutters and Strutters Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will be sponsoring its annual Sporting Clays Shoot Saturday, June 18, at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex in Sparta on the two sporting clay courses set by the IDNR.
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. There will be one flight at 8:30 a.m., with five shooters per squad and 15 squads per course. Course selection will be by blind draw the morning of the event. Sign up early as space will be limited. Registration is $65 per person or $325 for a squad of five.
Each registered shooter will receive a mug. Sporting clays, food, refreshments, prizes and raffles will be provided.
Proceeds from the shoot will go toward JAKES Youth Day Aug. 27.
